Terms of Use

By accessing the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

The Site is a public informational asset. Its purpose is to present Alicanto, describe its solutions, facilitate commercial contact, and allow meeting scheduling.

You may browse the Site, download public materials for internal use, and send legitimate enquiries through the form or calendar.

You undertake not to:

• Impersonate another person or organization when submitting the form.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass security controls (rate limits, Turnstile, validations).
• Carry out mass automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or penetration tests without prior written authorization.
• Use the Site to distribute malware, illegal content, or material that infringes third-party rights.
• Reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the Site's content beyond what is expressly permitted in these Terms.

All content on the Site —text, design, code, trademarks, logos, and graphic materials— is owned by Alicanto or used under license. Misuse violates intellectual and industrial property rights.

You may quote short excerpts of the Site with explicit attribution to Alicanto SpA and a link to the original material, without altering the meaning of the text.

The processing of personal data we perform through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Site you acknowledge that you have read that policy and understand its terms.

Any description, demonstration, example, or result from Alicanto's artificial-intelligence agent shown on the Site is illustrative and indicative. Artificial intelligence models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated content.

These results do not constitute professional opinion and do not bind Alicanto. Any decision based on information obtained through the Site must be validated by the competent person or team within your organization.

The Site is informational: through it we do not provide financial services, act as a regulated intermediary, or handle funds or personal data of end customers. The processing of personal data that Alicanto performs within the solutions contracted by its clients is governed by the respective contracts and data processing agreements, not by the Site.

References to Chilean regulations —including Law 21.719, Law 19.628, Karin Law 21.643, the CMF's Updated Compendium of Rules, and others— are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute regulatory, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

Alicanto is not a registered investment adviser, law firm, or representative of any organization before the CMF, the UAF, or other authority. Any interpretation, report, or communication that your organization submits to a regulator is its sole responsibility and must be validated by your legal and compliance team.

The Site links to or embeds third-party services (for example, Cal.com for scheduling or agent.alicantoai.cl for the trial agent). These services operate under their own terms and policies. Alicanto is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices, without prejudice to the commitments assumed in our Privacy Policy regarding data processing.

The Site is offered "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions, errors, or vulnerabilities at all times.

Alicanto's liability towards the user of the Site is limited to direct damages that were foreseeable at the time the relevant event occurred, within the limits permitted by Chilean law and under Article 1558 of the Civil Code. Alicanto will not be liable for lost profits or lost commercial opportunities arising from use of the Site. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence attributable to Alicanto, nor with respect to non-waivable rights granted by law to the consumer.

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, our operation, or applicable regulations. Versions published with their effective date prevail over earlier ones. Continued use of the Site after the update implies acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from use of the Site shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice sitting in the city of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights granted by law to the consumer.
